Through a new agreement brokered by Sopwith Motorsports Television Productions, the Super Cup Stock Car Series has enhanced its national television coverage to include a new partnership with Untamed Sports TV.
Untamed Sports is designed to provide a gateway to those who enjoy outdoor sports and activities. The powersports division of Untamed Sports' programming already attracts enthusiasts of motorcycles and off-roading, and will now expand to include America's top short track stock car series.
"We're looking at a combined audience of about 55 million homes with nearly 200 hours of national TV time," said Sopwith CEO Stephen Cox. "We're really pleased with that. Super Cup asked for slow, managed growth on a budget, and that's what we're delivering. Untamed Sports is a big part of our overall media plan which now consists of three networks and worldwide internet distribution on demand. Untamed Sports has been great to work with and we're delighted to bring Super Cup to their audience."
The new arrangement will expand Super Cup's reach into markets such as Raleigh, central Kentucky, Wichita, Birmingham, Las Vegas and more.
Beginning the week of April 9, Untamed Sports TV will premier the Super Cup Stock Car Series every Saturday at 8:00 pm Eastern.
The full program rotation will include 6 airings per week on the following schedule:
Mondays, 2:30 am
Tuesdays, 9:00 am and 4:00 pm
Thursdays, 11:30 am
Fridays, 4:30 pm
Saturdays, 8:00 pm
Super Cup shows are 30 minutes in length and are sponsored by Cool Shirt and Boschett Timepieces.
